Transportation and Parking
Wells Fargo Center is directly adjacent to Nicollet Mall and Marquette Avenue, the two major transit corridors in downtown Minneapolis, and is one block from Minneapolis’ light rail, opened in 2004. In addition, Wells Fargo Center features below ground climate controlled private contract parking, directly accessible from the main lobby. Hourly parking is available next door and across the street for visitors and clients.

Full-Time Security
Wells Fargo Center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays. Access is restricted to tenants with access cards after hours. A "Courtesy Staff" (security) is on-duty twenty-four hours(24) per day. After-hours access to Wells Fargo Center for tenant's visitors can easily be arranged by advising the Hines office of their anticipated arrival.


Wells Fargo History and Museum
